志晏成立於 1993 年，位在彰化秀水，緊鄰頂番婆——全球超過一半的水龍頭出自這個聚落。

客戶多半是已經握有訂單的製造商。我們能提供的是排得進的交期、批批一致的品質，以及一條短的溝通路徑——技術問題找得到能決定的人。 Zhiyan was established in 1993 in Xiushui, Changhua, next to the Dingfanpo cluster that makes more than half the world's faucets.

Thirty-three years with no brand of our own — we machine other people's drawings. Zhiyan sells no product of its own and does not intend to, because that would put us on the same shelf as our customers.

Our customers are manufacturers who already hold the orders. What we offer is a schedule you can fit into, consistency between batches, and a short line of communication — a technical question reaches someone who can decide.

已完成特定工廠登記。依《工廠管理輔導法》取得特定工廠登記，消防與建築安全均依主管機關規定完成改善並納入列管，每年接受查核。供應商稽核需要的廠區合法性文件，可以直接提供。 Registered as a Specific Factory. Zhiyan holds Specific Factory Registration under Taiwan's Factory Management Act — fire and building safety were brought up to the authority's requirements and the site is subject to annual review. Documentation for supplier audits is available on request.
